10/20/2014 Comments: I called this store to get information credit cards. Lucinda answered the call and directed me online. She seemed not so enthusiastic talking about credit cards and i had to ask her extra questions to find out what products Capital One offered. She said that I would have to have a checking account to process a credit card application in store, which to me was surprising. She said that i would need to have a direct deposit for a checking account to be free or I would be charged $8.95 monthly fee. I felt that she didn't want to talk to me for a long time and ended the conversation briefly.
